RETURNS POLICY
All Returns and Exchanges for Fashion and Accessories Must Be Sent Back To:

30 Days Returns:
Urban Standard gladly accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:
-Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
-Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Urban Standard.
-We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Urban Standard is not responsible for returns that are not received.
-'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty.
-Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
-Strictly no REFUNDS on SALE items. Exchange or credit note only. If you exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition; then we will contact you to charge postage to send the new size out.
Returns Process:
To return an item, please complete our Returns Form. Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to returns. Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once Urban Standard Receives Your Return:
-Follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Urban Standard.
-Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or, if you wish, store credit.
-If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
-You will receive a courtesy email update from Urban Standard as soon as your refund has been initiated.
Exchanges:
Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges. We hear you and are working to have exchanges available in the near future! In the meantime, simply send your return back for a refund and re-order as you wish. We recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid disappointment if the size is not available.

FAULTY GOODS
Faulty goods will be replaced once returned to Urban Standard. Urban Standard will not arrange a return unless the item(s) are in the original packaging and at the original place of delivery. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order for something else of interest. Replacement item(s) will be delivered to the original address supplied by the purchaser. In the event of an item being deemed faulty, Urban Standard will try to rectify any problem where a replacement is not available. Please contact our team to discuss and facilitate an alternative solution for you.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, or a reasonable time frame, or no claims will be accepted. These will be replaced, or if no replacement is available, the item will be refunded. Urban Standard will not accept liability for any breakage or damage to goods, which have been moved from the original delivery point. Images are required for assessment. All original packaging must be retained.
